Tribal EM works exclusively with Tribal and Federal Healthcare Facilities throughout the US to lead, manage, and staff emergency departments.
We specialize in metric-managed approaches to improve the ED culture, efficiency, and quality, specifically addressing waiting times, low morale, turnover, and poor service quality.
With a physician-led team that has decades of expertise in ED management, patients are able to receive the right care at the right time by the right level of provider in the right health care setting.
An empowered healthcare team allows us to achieve our mission: To positively impact generational change by providing an exceptional healthcare experience to every patient we serve.
To provide high quality healthcare to the patients and communities we serve.
